When a pull request is merged, the site data is rebuilt from main, so each finding appears here and in its site's panel on the quarterly detail and research views without anyone wiring it in. Findings sit beside the estimates and do not change a number. The one exception is an imagery verdict, which updates the Built line of a structure found by radar.
